When it comes to working out, I often lack time and discipline. However, with the convenience and variety of free workouts on YouTube, it’s hard not to take time for yourself to get up and moving.
Here are a few of my current favorites:
Are you feeling anxious? Adriene has a workout for you. Are you a teacher? Yes, she has a routine for you, too. Whatever your mood, occupation, or skill level, you will definitely find the right workout for you. This year I did her 30 Days of Yoga, and it really helped with my anxiety while making my body stronger.

Cassey Ho is super energetic and her curated workout series are perfect if you are limited on time like with 10 Minutes Obliques, and space with the apartment-friendly, Silent Death Cardio. If there is anyone who will motivate you to exercise, it’s this woman.

I’ve always wanted to be a ballet dancer, but my body and grace keep holding me back. I’ve done other ballet workouts before, but Alessia Lugoboni’s routines are my favorite. Each workout feels like she’s lifting the curtain to reveal the behind-the-scenes training of a ballerina, and completely satisfies my Swan Lake fantasy.

I should probably do one of these now, right? Alright, fine. I’m going.
